How I handle your information
This site belongs to South Idaho Insurance Agency, where I'm Jimmy John, a Farm Bureau Insurance agent in Nampa, Idaho. This page explains in plain language what information the site collects, what I do with it, and your choices.

What I collect
- What you send me. If you fill out the quote form or use the chat box, I receive your name, phone number, email address, and the details you choose to share about what you want covered.
- Basic visit information. Like most websites, this one records which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located, and what kind of device and browser they use. This does not identify you by name.
How I use it
- To reply to your quote request or question, by phone, text, or email.
- To understand which pages help people, so I can improve this site.
I don't sell your information, and I don't share it for other companies' advertising.
Who else handles it
- Netlify, the company that hosts this site, processes quote form and chat submissions and passes them on to me.
- Google Analytics measures visits to this site using cookies. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can turn it off with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Google Fonts and Google reviews links. Pages load fonts from Google, and review links open Google, so Google may see your visit.
- Farm Bureau Insurance. If you apply for or buy a policy, that information is handled by Farm Bureau Insurance Company of Idaho under its own privacy notices.
Please keep sensitive details off the form
Please don't enter Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or health information in the quote form or chat. I'll collect anything like that securely, by phone or in person, only when it's needed.
How long I keep it
I keep quote requests as long as I need them to help you and to meet insurance record-keeping requirements. If you'd like yours deleted, just ask.
Children
This site is meant for adults looking for insurance. It isn't directed at children under 13.
