The Warm Hearts Christmas Festival is a free family event in Caldwell, Idaho, founded by Jimmy John and his wife, Keyra. It brings the community together, honors veterans, and helps bring Christmas magic to local families across the Treasure Valley.
For Jimmy and Keyra, community has always come first. They are deeply involved locally, especially in supporting people who have been through difficult seasons in life, and they believe in showing up, building genuine relationships, and helping wherever they can.
Warm Hearts is that belief in action: one festival where local families, businesses, and organizations can celebrate Christmas and give back together.
The festival is built around three Community Impact Partners. After the festival, the decorated trees from the Christmas Tree Forest are donated through these partners to help local families enjoy Christmas.
Dedicated advocates who provide confidential services, free of charge, to anyone who has experienced domestic violence, abuse, stalking, or human trafficking.
IVAL gives our community meaningful ways to honor and love on local veterans at Christmas, including the Adopt-a-Veteran Gifting Tree.
The veterans who live at the Home are at the heart of the Adopt-a-Veteran Tree. Each ornament is tied to a wish-list item for a veteran at the Home.
Families wander through a forest of trees decorated by local businesses and community organizations, discover the creativity behind each one, and vote for their favorite. Our Decorate & Donate Tree Partners compete for the traveling Christmas Tree Champion trophy and year-long bragging rights.
When the festival ends, every decorated tree is donated to help local families enjoy Christmas.
Thank you for helping bring Warm Hearts to life for local families and veterans.
